Katie Guillory is the Founder and Principal Researcher at Goldmine. She has been involved in market research for more than 15 years and has run her own firm since 2003. Katie loves being able to work with clients whose business challenges excite her.
Katie is a seasoned researcher and insight specialist who is expert in working with consumers and professionals to unlock insights and build meaningful brands and communications. Her category experience runs the gamut, from consumer packaged goods and automotive to pharmaceuticals and usability testing. Katie prides herself on being equally adept at connecting with teenagers and with CEOs, and enjoys working across demographics and segments. Katie is also talented in working with sensitive areas of discussion, helping consumers feel comfortable to open up around difficult topics.
In addition to her work at a qualitative researcher, Katie works one-on-one with clients as a coach, both professionally and personally. She has trained at the Center for Group Studies with psychologists and psychoanalysts, and is a Certified Practitioner of NLP.
